House Hunters May Be Fake According to Blogger

Have you heard the news? Apparently, the hit HGTV show House Hunters, which has shown people buying real estate from Tampa to West Hartford, may in fact be fake! That information is according to a blogger from Hooked on Houses. The story goes that the purchasers that appear on the show frenziedly looking for a home have actually already purchased a house – sometimes months in advance. The house they previously purchased along with two others (that may or may not be on the market) are then shown on the program as well. The alleged purchasers then obviously chose the house that they have ALREADY purchased.

Kudos to the Hooked on Houses blogger for being astute enough to catch the show which allegedly used homes in it’s program that were already in escrow in 2010. Makes you wonder what other reality shows might not be shooting straight!
